Highly recommend Villa 125, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. A home from home with the owners always available should any problem arise. Coming back in October and already booked for next year. First class.
We booked a last minute stay at Villa 125 and Alan and Ann could not have been more accommodating.
This was our 5th visit to Las Brisas and villa 125 was the best equipped we have stayed in with everything you need and more for relaxing holiday.

Las Brisas is in a great location near to centre of Playa Blanca. In easy walking distance of Marina Rubicon one way and Flamingo Beach the other way. It’s well kept and has a great bar, a restaurant with good food and a beautiful heated pool.
This villa has its own website which gives you all the information you need including availability. The villa itself is excellent in every way. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere which has such attention to detail. Here are some of the highlights which were important to us.
• Super comfortable beds with great pillows
• Availability of air con which is efficient and quiet
• A sunbathing patio with a choice of full sun or shade
• A huge amount of storage space including wardrobes with plenty of hangers
• Superb kitchen and bathroom equipped with everything you can think of
• A washing machine with a 14 minute wash. Just what’s needed for holidays
• Comfortable seating in the lounge area
• Two TV’s
The communication with Alan and Ann from day one was second to none. Highly recommend.

Just returned from spending 4 fabulous weeks in Villa 125. Alan and Ann have renovated and decorated the villa to a high standard. The villa is bright and airy with a homely feel and some lovely personal touches. Very well equipped with everything you need. There is a lovely patio with bistro table/chairs and sun beds. In the evening there are little fairy lights that come on which we loved. The villa is in a nice quiet location on a lovely complex only 5 minutes walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Already booked 2 stays for next year. Alan is a great guy to deal with. Thanks Alan.
Just come back after a lovely week in Lanzarote the weather was lovely and warm but also the villa was amazing again we have stayed several times and it’s just perfect.
We have just spent two lovely weeks in Alan and Ann's villa located in a peaceful part of a well maintained complex, which is within comfortable walking distance of the town with plenty of shops, restaurants and the beach. The villa is perfect for two people with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. It has been recently renovated throughout to a very high standard and we cannot wait to return and have already booked our next visit. Alan was very prompt with replies and provided us with all the information we needed for our stay.
Can I just say your villa is amazing, so well equipped and so bright, airy and modern, we both loved it!
We have just returned from two wonderful weeks at Alan and Ann’s beautiful villa at Las Brisas. The accommodation was excellent, very modern and tastefully decorated. We have been to Las Brisas many times over the years and this is one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in. We have already booked for next year and are looking forward to it already. We have stayed at Las Brisas several times, but this was our first time in Villa 125. The complex is perfect for families and couples alike with a large swimming pool and excellent bar and restaurant facilities including a children's games room. Villa 125 is very modern with new kitchen and bathroom and we found it more than spacious enough with our two young children. The location is perfect and we stayed three weeks without any need for a car the entire holiday. We can't thank Alan enough for his communication throughout, especially in these difficult times. We will definitely be staying again. Extremely recommended
Another holiday at Las Brisas and villa 125, great accommodation for couples and families with young children. The complex has a large communal pool where children can play and opposite there is a bar where you can drink and relax while the children are playing. 100 percent recommend staying here.
We have just come back from Lanzarote, after staying on the island many times and also several times on Las Brisas, we found Alan last year and have found him to be very accommodating. His villa is amazing, since we stayed there last year he has refurbished the bathroom and kitchen to very high standards, we've just booked for next year. The complex and island, though quiet, have dealt with the COVID situation well and we felt very safe.
This one bed villa is excellent for couples and small families. There is a huge pool and the owners left pool floats for us, how kind. The villa and complex is fully cleaned and sanitised due to this terrible virus. This is already our second visit to Villa 125, totally recommend it.
Villa125 is absolutely wonderful. It’s well equipped, clean and bright. You’ve done a great job of refurbishment, much better than the original deco of the villas, my wife is delighted with it.

Had 10 days at Alans Villa 125. Villa was spotlessly clean, perfect little kitchen and bathroom. Internet working fine for all my gadgets. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic week spent at Las Brisas. Villa 125 is very comfortable, clean and well furnished/maintained and in a lovely quiet location on the complex. Alan very helpful with information. Our second year staying at Las Brisas and we'll definitely be back next year.
I spent 2 weeks at Alan's villa in October and had a wonderful time, so good that we have already booked a further 4 weeks next May. Everything that you could ever require for a self catering holiday is in the apartment and whilst the facilities in Las Brisas are excellent, you don't have to venture too far to get more Canarian experiences, can't wait until next May.
Missing the sunshine, thanks both for a lovely, beautiful, friendly holiday, I don't know how you ever leave to come home. Had the greatest time thanks again xxx
Booked 125 for my dad when we were staying locally in Playa Blanca. We spent a day and a good few evenings down there and wow what a beautiful place. The villa is beautiful well maintained and everything you need is provided iron/fans etc. Absolutely spotless with a lovely patio to sunbathe. Pool area is immaculately clean and the food is great in the bar (and cheap).
Alan was on hand for absolutely anything we needed and nothing was too much trouble. He even went out of his way to recommend a Disney themed evening for my children. Can't wait to visit again and we will definitely be booking with Alan.

Had a fantastic week at Las Brisas villa 125 , the villa was well furnished with modern furnishings fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The outside patio area was great for eating and sun bathing, loungers supplied . Alan and Ann have thought for everything holiday makers need for a self catering holiday. Las Brisas resort was also fantastic, the only fault was if you were not up early there was no chance of getting a sun lounger at the pool. Staff at the bar, reception and pool area always eager to help and very friendly. We will certainly be heading back to Las Brisas and would not hesitate recommending this villa to friends and family.
